  Provides curb-to-curb transportation for persons with disabilities unable to ride standard fixed-route buses. Transportation is provided within 3/4 mile of the fixed-route public bus service. Transportation is only available within Jackson and Sutter Creek area. Passengers must be eligible for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) certification. Transportation is for shopping, medical appointments, or other activities.
  
  Flex Stop Service - In areas not served by Dial-A-Ride, the bus will travel up to 3/4 mile off its regular route to provide service at your curb. Reservations are required at least one day in advance.
